First Steps: Tuesday (1 hour) and Friday (1.5 hour) class exclusively for beginner intro to jiu jitsu. Runs bi-monthly: January, March, May, July. September, November
Tuesday: 1 hour fundamentals class for beginners that addresses basic rules and concepts and emphasizes improving basic movement. No stand-up portion.
Thursday: Open mat time used to study, drill, get private attention from Niamh or upper belts, or just hang out and roll
Friday: 1.5 hour class going into depth on monthly curriculum. Stand-up.
Saturday: 1.5 hour class class going into depth on monthly curriculum. Stand-up.
Sunday: 1.5 hour no-gi specific class going into depth on monthly curriculum. Stand-up
