Do I need to participate in everything?

No! Your consent is required in any activity. Some of the event is only discussion and some will be physical practice. You aren’t
 obligated to do anything you find uncomfortable.

 How long will this be?

We typically plan on 90 minutes for any of the standard events.

Do you allow pictures or media from the events?

We do, but please make sure you get permission from anyone in the pictures!
